Launch of Training Guidelines

Gen, 28, 2021

As part of a toolkit to strengthen Regions’ role in migrant integration and inclusion, and through the coordination of technical partner Instrategies, the REGIN Project has launched a set of guidelines for regional staff training.

These guidelines aim to upgrade staff competencies, knowledge, skills and attitude to address identified performance gaps on migrant integration. The training lasts approximately four hours and consists of four modules, one roundtable and a short evaluation in the end.

The guidelines are shaped as virtual tools to facilitate the training while also respecting the necessary health measures due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The material required to carry out the training session is available online and can be found at https://reginproject.eu/resources-for-regions/regional-toolkit/training-guidelines/
