Personalized public attendance service aimed at immigrant, emigrants and returnees

The Government of the Azores, through the Regional Department for the Communities, has a personalized front-office service directed to immigrant citizens, emigrant candidates, and returnees.

This front-office is physically based in three Islands of the archipelago: São Miguel, Terceira and Faial. Its staff travel periodically to the other islands of the archipelago to attend to all those wishing to use this service, thus ensuring access to everyone who need it.

Achieving full integration of all foreign citizens who have chosen to reside in the Azores, and esuring access to the various public services, through support and information are among this regional department’s main objectives.
