CIDOB and MPG leading the development of MIPEX-R

The technical partners of CIDOB and MPG have been working closely with regional experts to create the Regional policy and outcome indicators (MIPEX-R). In this framework, the partners created a questionnaire to be filled in by regional experts. The partners received a first draft of the filled questionnaires from experts on 6 October and started the feedback process in order to have a final draft for 30 October that they analysed to draw preliminary results. Additionally, they have also been organising the extension of MIPEX-R to new regions, contacting regional experts and explaining the project and the questionnaires.

The results of the policy indicators, where the participating regional authorities are scored between 0-100 in different areas related to the policy cycle, governance and integration measures for third country nationals (TCN) and beneficiaries of international protection (BIP) will provide useful evidence for policy-makers and practitioners in the field.
