The meeting started with a welcoming and introduction on behalf of Marlen Nubio from Generalitat de Catalunya. Secondly, Gemma Pinyol from Instrategies presented the REGIN project and the context, aim and objective of the session. As part of the introduction of the session, Marlen Nubio also presented some of the preliminary results of MIPEX-R, which served as inspiration for the discussions of the sessions.<\/p>\nAfter the initial contextualisation, the session participants were divided into four subgroups to carry out a SWOT analysis concerning the situation and circumstances of migrant and refugee integration and inclusion in the Region and propose actions to be developed, which were then discussed in the general group. As a result, the Region of Catalonia is now developing an extracurricular activity concerning the integration and inclusion of migrants and refugees in the educational field<\/strong>.<\/p>\nFurthermore, Catalonia has already carried out two sets of training for regional staff, each divided into two sessions. The first training took place on the 18th<\/sup> and 25th<\/sup> of February, and the second session on the days of the 17th<\/sup> and 24th<\/sup> of March.
